Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing an order takes approximately 2 to 7 business days; once your order has been processed & shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times for all items is dependent on your country and its postal service. Delivery is typically between 16-26 days from the time of shipping. We typically deliver within 14 days, once the item has been shipped out. In order to keep our inventory abundant, affordable and on trend with the latest fashion we have a centralized fulfillment center that most of our merchandise ships from.
Our policy is valid until 14 days after you receive the products. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund. We ONLY offer returns on defective or damaged products that are considered by Little Babe Boutique to be our error. Any packages received damaged by the Postal Service is not the responsibility of Little Babe Boutique. You will need to phone your local postal carrier to open a claim with them.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, with tags in tact and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded to the customer and you the customer or responsible for the entire cost of returning items to little babe boutique. If your item was sent to you via "Free Shipping" you will still be required to pay the sole cost of the return shipping and handling fees of your item(s). Please do not return your item to the manufacturer, doing so will result in a rejection of your refund or return or exchange. *Please contact us for our returns department mailing address.
To complete your return we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt and /or order #.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if applicable. Any item not in its original condition or an item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
If your order has already shipped out and you realize you have entered the incorrect address, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund. If you contact us before you received an email stating that your order has been fulfilled, we may be able to offer you a refund and you can re-order after such time.
If a package was returned to us because the address provided by the customer was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping it to you. We will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges before we can resend the package to you again. Even if you receive free shipping on an item originally, there will be shipping and handling charges to resend an item the second time.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning your product as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
If you choose to return an item, it will first be inspected upon receipt. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the rejection or approval of your refund status at that time.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED BY CARRIER SERVICE:
Little Babe Boutique is not responsible for any errors made by the Postal/Carrier Service. If your package has been lost in transit please contact your local post office to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, you must also contact your local post office to file a claim.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you have not received your refund please check your bank account again. Second, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for a refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. All sale items are final sale.
